Susan Charleson is a professional Project Manager, highly regarded for her key stakeholder management, collaboration, leadership and critical thinking.

Having a diverse background in Sales, Hospitality and International Travel, she is driven by a desire to facilitate positive and creative interactions to produce favourable outcomes.

Joining the Board of Directors in 2023, Susan brings a wealth of experience having been a Big Sister in the Sister2sister program three times, and working with leadership team since 2020.

She is passionate about empowering and inspiring young people, providing opportunities for connection through mentoring and having a positive impact on their future.
