Our people

Daniel has significant experience working as a senior legal counsel, governance professional and company secretary, with more than 15 years’ legal and governance experience spanning private practice and in-house, including for large, ASX-listed companies. 

He is currently the General Manager of Company Secretariat at The Lottery Corporation Limited. 

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws. He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

Daniel joined the Board in 2024. As a father of two girls, he recognises the value of the Foundation’s programs and is looking forward to helping the Foundation achieve its mission.
