Mentoring is connection, sharing knowledge, skills, and life experience to guide another towards reaching their full potential; it is a journey of shared discovery.

Sister2sister matches Mentors (Big Sisters) and Mentees (Little Sisters) who attend group psychoeducational workshops and activities to assist with building a trusted and safe mentor relationship, connect with peers and help build resilience and empower girls to realise their limitless potential. The program is supported by our staff and volunteer team who provide mentor and mentee support throughout the program year.

In 2025 we're taking the opportunity to reshape our Sister2sister mentoring program, ensuring it continues to empower adolescent girls to deal with today and get ready for tomorrow. The program will be back in 2026 - stay in touch via the link below to keep up-to-date.

No Limits 4 Girls is a series of workshops delivered in-school, designed to extend the reach of the Sister2sister mentoring program.

Year 7 girls are particularly susceptible to increased social pressure as the enter high school, as well as broader cultural pressures as they approach adulthood.

Many face additional challenges based on social and economic disadvantage, childhood trauma or other adverse experiences.

Providing support to young women at this stage of development has the potential to increase their resilience, emotional intelligence and stress management skills. Creating a strong foundation for personal growth.

In 2025 we're expanding the program across several schools, offering a new program tailored to meet the emerging needs of year 7 girls identified by the school.
